4-H Day at the Ballpark

Okay, well our summer got off to a busy start.  We have had lots of fun already and the summer is only half over.

Back in May, we went to the 4-H Day at Busch Stadium and watched the Cardinals play.  Jason was on his annual guys fishing trip, so my Mom went with me and the girls.  We left Silas with Aunt Patty.  All of the 4-H kids got to go down on the field before the game and walk around the perimeter of the field and wave.  I went with Maleah and Carissa and Mom went to our seats to watch us.  They were ready to sit down because we had already done quite a bit of walking that morning.  Our friends the Duquaines were there and so were our friends the Atwoods.  Our seats were good, although they were pretty high up.  It was also water cooler day at the ballpark, so we all got a free little water jug.  They are really nice but trying to carry four of those things around the ballpark was enough to wear you out.  It was a beautiful day and we had a great time!
